Data Deletion

We respect your right to have your personal data deleted. This page explains what data exists and how to request its removal.

This website

This website is account-free for browsing results and charts: you do not register or sign in here, and we do not create a profile for casual visits. The only data associated with your visit is limited technical log data (see our Privacy Policy), which is retained briefly and then deleted or anonymised automatically.

The Sara777 app

If you created an account in the separate Sara777 application, that account and its associated data are managed through our verified support channel.

1. Open the Telegram bot @sara777_supportbot.
2. Send the command /delete_my_data.
3. Follow the automated prompts to verify account ownership.
4. Once verified, your request is queued for processing.

You may also use any in-app support or account-deletion option if available. Provide enough information for us to identify your account (for example the registered mobile number).

What is deleted

On a verified request we will delete or anonymise the personal data we hold for your account, except where we are required to retain certain records to meet legal, regulatory, security or fraud-prevention obligations. Anonymised or aggregated data that can no longer identify you may be retained.

Timing

After verification, accounts are typically deactivated promptly and personal data is purged within about 30 days, subject to backup and log expiry cycles. Some backups and logs may persist for a limited time before they expire on their normal cycle.
